Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play VAULTREAVE. By playing, you agree to them. Operator: Ludomyth International Limited. Contact: gameoperationsdepartment@vaultreave.com.

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If the country where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own, you may only play with the involvement of a parent or guardian. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any password you set secure. Do not use someone else's account, and do not use an account for unlawful purposes.

You can play without registering. If you later set a password, the same account and all of its progress carry over.

3. Fair play

• No cheats, trainers, automation scripts, or exploiting bugs to undermine fair play.
• No harassment, abuse, fraud, or unlawful or otherwise inappropriate content.
• If you break these rules we may warn you, reclaim unlawfully obtained items or currency, or suspend or terminate the account. We will tell you why, and you can contest the decision by email.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• In-game gold, gear, cosmetics, gems and passes are virtual items: you get a licence to use them inside the game. They are not real-world property and have no cash value outside the game.
• Paid items are cosmetics and convenience only — we do not sell combat power.
• Prices are shown in real currency at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• If we discontinue the game we will announce it in advance and will not sell new virtual items after that announcement.

5. Your right to change your mind (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.

Because gems are delivered to your account immediately, we ask you at checkout to confirm two things: that you want delivery to begin right away, and that you understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun. We keep a record of that confirmation. If you did not give it, the 14-day right still applies.

Gems you have not yet spent can be refunded within the withdrawal period. Gems already spent in the game cannot.

6. Refunds

• How to ask: email us with the order ID and what happened. We reply within 5 business days.
• Something went wrong on our side (you were charged and did not receive your gems, or were charged twice): we refund in full, no time limit.
• Unspent gems within 14 days: refunded on request — see section 5.
• Purchases made by a child without a parent's permission: contact us and we will refund the purchase and, if you ask, delete the account. We do not require you to go through your bank first.
• Change of mind after gems are spent is generally not refundable, but tell us what happened — we would rather fix a bad experience than argue about it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

6b. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster. We will not lock you out of content you have already paid for merely because you opened a dispute. If a dispute concerns items obtained fraudulently we may reclaim those specific items.

7. Availability

We work to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause or change the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and we may update content, balance values and seasons.

8. Intellectual property

The game and its art, audio, code and text belong to the operator. Do not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without permission. You may make videos, streams and screenshots of your own play, including monetised ones.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the game or on the site. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, that counts as acceptance; if you do not accept, you may stop playing and ask us to close your account.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
