Yes. Playing is free and nothing is required to enter a run. Optional cosmetic and convenience purchases exist — no paid stats. Starter gear is reissued free after every death, so a bad run never locks you out.
No. It is a browser game: open the link and you are in camp. On a phone you can optionally add it to your home screen and play fullscreen, but that is a shortcut, not an install.
Randomly generated dungeon runs with extraction loot rules. Anything you pick up is only yours once you carry it out through an exit alive; die and you drop everything you were carrying.
Yes. Create a party at camp, share the four-character code, and up to four of you enter the same dungeon with shared monsters, chests and loot. There is no friendly fire in a party.
A normal descent — solo or with your party — is matched into a public dungeon, so players you did not invite can share it and fight you for your loot. Teammates never damage each other. The descents with no strangers are the daily trial, the endless abyss, custom modes, and lone-wolf mode (solo only, costs gold).
Yes. Mobile browsers get a virtual stick and touch buttons with auto-targeting, and you can add the page to your home screen for a fullscreen, app-like session.
You lose everything you were carrying — gear on your body and items in your bag. Your stash and banked gold at camp are untouched, and free starter gear is issued for the next dive.
